Welcome to my website, which is pretty much always under construction. I'm a painter--mostly in oils, sometimes in acrylics, lately sketches in watercolor--who has a day job as an English professor. I sell my paintings at www.dailypaintworks.com, where you can see my gallery of available paintings and cards, as well as the paintings of other damn fine artists. Some of my favorites are Roger Akesson (wonderful acrylic abstracts), Kat Corrigan (excellent animals, landscapes, and portraits in acrylic), and Nora MacPhail (watercolor virtuoso). I also love Carol Marine's abstracts in oil and the luminous oil paintings of Maria Z.
